Controls HookMOD v4
Seeing as there was no good way to control the hookmod plugin from in game I made this little guy for a client we were renting to, I got a request for it so here it is....
Get HookMOD at AdminOP
Updated from the original to work with newer adminmod versions.

Gravity vote plugin with 3 vote options
Customizable gravity settings
Wont allow public voting with an admin present
(If requested I could allow this to be turned or make it run off default access
level instead of using its own internal admin check)
